Network Instability and Switching Hosting Providers

We have just experienced a Rollback. This Rollback, as well as the others that have occurred in recent months, is due to our Hosting Provider which is sub-optimal. We are in the process of moving from that provider to a new provider which will not allow Network Drops such as this.
We apologize for the inconvenience. There will be be 7 Days of Premium as compensation for All Accounts. Due to our Rollback Protection characters and houses were rolled back to the most recent 30 Minute Server Save, accounting for approximately 24 minutes of lost progress in Dura. Please understand that this affected all players online. We are deeply upset by these types of events and consider this as our number one priority to resolve and are working hard to do so.
