Terms and conditions
1. Submission of a donation to "Dura" is a voluntary action completely unnecessary for game play on this server.
2. By donating any type of monetary unit to Dura, you agree that you are not entitled to receive anything in return from Dura. This form of donation is completely voluntary, and is for the good of the server . Rewards may be given to those who have donated as a thanks to you for your continued support of the server .
3. By submitting a donation via paypal to Dura you agree to the terms presented in the following 5, lettered statements (A-F), and their subsections:
A. You will at no time recall your donation from Dura.
B. You will not dispute the charges incurred to your paypal account from your voluntary donation to Dura.
C. You realize that this is a voluntary donation, and in being a donation it is not refundable.
D. You understand the concept of a "donation" and "voluntary", and agree to all the aforementioned rules (see subsections a and b).
a. Donation [doh-ney-shuhn] - Noun - an act or instance of presenting something as a gift, grant, or contribution.
b. Voluntary [vol-uhn-ter-ee] - Adjective - done, made, brought about, undertaken, etc., of ones own accord or by free choice.
E. If you do not agree to these terms, or cannot honor this contract, do not send in a donation.
F. Continuous violation of our server rules leads in account ban, no matter if a donation was made before.
You automatically agree to the Dura Terms & Agreements following any and all purchases of Dura Coins:
- If you are under 18 years old you must to have the expressed permission of your parents or legal guardian.
- You are forbidden from purchasing Dura Coins with money that does not belong to you.
- We reserve the right to change or modify the Dura Terms & Agreements at any time, without notification.
- We reserve the right to modify any store offers, including prices, at any time, without notification.
- We reserve the right to add, remove, or adjust Dura Coin balances from player accounts at any time for any reason, without notification.
Refund Policy
- Dura will not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- If you are banned, you will not receive a refund.
- If you do not favor the service of Dura Coins, you will not receive a refund.
- If you unexpectedly did not receive your Dura Coins, and are unable to provide tangible proof of your payment, you will not receive a refund.
- You may appeal a claim for missing Dura Coins on the Forum or through E-mail to
PayPal Donations
- Any player that attempts to chargeback a donation ("payment") made through PayPal will be PERMANENTLY IP-RANGE BANNED.
- The account of the player will be HARD DELETED!
- This action once done CANNOT be undone.
Dura Coin Exchange
If you for any reason have your Dura Coins, or Store Offers purchased with Dura Coins, damaged, broken, lost, etc. you will not receive an exchange or refund for any reason.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT PROVIDED (THE SERVICE) IS MADE AVAILABLE AND PROVIDED TO YOU AT YOUR OWN RISK.
