Greetings,

For the Server Save of August 1st the summons system will be revised. The following are the main parts of the revision:

u  The maximum floor range before a summon disappears will be changed from three to six floors.
u  The maximum sqm distance before a summon disappears will be increased greatly.
u  All summoned creatures, except Monks and Ghouls, will reward the player who controls them 100% of experience.
u  Monks and Ghouls will reward the player who controls them 75% of experience.

u  A new sub-incantation has been added to the Summon Creature spell. The incantation can be found in one's spellbook. This sub-incantation when cast (said) will teleport one's summon(s) to one through floors and over distance for a mana cost of around 5% of the summon-mana-cost of the summon(s).
u  A new sub-incantation has been added to the Summon Creature spell. The incantation can be found in one's spellbook. This sub-incantation when cast (said) will cause one's creature to dissipate (vanish/disappear) and have 50% of it's summon-mana-cost returned to the controller.
u  For both the points above if a name is given after the incantation one will do it for that specified summon. If no name is specified in the incantation one will have it effect both summons if one has both summons.
u  Sub-incantations only will work for vocations that possess the Summon Creature spell.
u  Only the spell, Summon Creature, needs to be purchased, no other spawn. The sub-incantations will work if one owns this spell.
